Hi,
I am going develop a seperate application in .NET technology, where I need the RMA number which is been generated/created by SalesLogix application. Is there any API available/provided by SalesLogix to get a new RMA number? Is it possible for me to get the RMA number based on a request? The input value I have is only the Serial Number of a product. Please let me know how could I get a RMA number from the SalesLogix.
