Installation Problem in Web Host in Win 2003

Hi Guys,
I'm facing a problem in installing SLX 7.2 web Host, in Win 2003. But I've tried in the Win 2000, it worked properly otherthan the web reports.
It getting freezed when it installing "mmserver com app" halfway through of the status bar. But I didn't face any installation problem in Win 2000. Do anyone know about or faced this problem earlier..
If any one knows about the why the web reporting doesnt work in win 2000?
Please help me on this, Thanks to you all in Advance..
