I'd like to customize the "Edit Address" form. ( We don't use some fields.)
But I can't find this form in Application Architect.
Please let me know which form should I find.

If you open the Virtual File System Explorer, then drill down to webroot\slxclient\smartparts\address, you will find AddEditAddress.ascx. Try editing this file to remove the unwanted fields, but be aware that their could be other source code modules that reference the fields you are thinking of deleting, so you may encounter further changes after this one. You may want to look at just making the fields read-only.
