OK Cancel type functionality in the Web client

How do you duplicate the following functionality in the web client?
dim answer
answer=MsgBox("Are you sure!",65,"Example")
if answer = vbOK then
'Do some Code
end if
I know I can build and call a form in dialog space with the ShowDialog function, but I want code to execute in the main form depending on what the user does in the dialog.
If this cant be done any suggestions for alternatives are also welcom.
