Relationship question
Posted: 04 Mar 08 8:51 AM
I am trying to add a form in the customer portal that will capture info in a one to one table off Tickets and create a ticket when submitted.
I created a one to one table off Tickets in the Arch. then created a custom entity in the AppArch. I am now trying to create a relationship between the two entities in the AppArch under Entity Model/SalesLogix Application Entities (Ticket/Child Properties/New Ticket Relationship. When I get to this point I only have the choice of 1:M or M:1... I am looking for 1:1 - am I missing something here? Thanks

You don't create a relationship for 1:1 extension tables. Instead, open the extension entity in AA and check the box for "Is Extension". You will then be able to select the entity that it extends (in your case Ticket)
