SLX Web 7.2 General
Posted: 12 Mar 08 9:38 AM
I'm new to SLX Web and trying to figure out exactly where things are located. I wanted to develop pages using VS and import into App.Architect. What are the generic assemblies, dlls & header files that i need to be aware of inorder to develop custom pages? Where do i find documentation about SLX web development?

To get started I would suggest you read Jeff Hershauers FAQ. We have a SP1 version located here:
http://www.sagesoftwareuniversity.com/crm
Look for developer resources on the right and the FAQ is then all the way down the resulting page.
That should be a good start as well as paying attention to this site, Ryan's blog, attending Developer training with Sage and you would do well to subscribe to the developer video subscription that sage is now offering.
Developing for SLX web 7.2.2 is a lot of fun for a .net developer. I am really enjoying it and I have seen the same sentiment repeated here by the guys. The platform being based in .NET makes for a smooth transition and you are always finding yourself back to .NET essentials during customizations - familiar territory!
