The error is indicating IEntityVisitor which is new in SP2. This would indicate that it isn't there, or there was a problem with installing the bundles. I actually have seen others with that same error and it all came down to the order in which the bundles were installed. SP2 is a little picky in that area.
Take a look at the upgrade docs again and trace back your steps. Hopefully that will shed some light on something missed.

As Ryan says.. it's very clear in the upgrade docs...
The web does NOT follow the windows model when it comes to service packs.. they all must be installed and in the correct order.
So if you started at 7.2.0 you should have 3 bundles. -- RJLedger - rjlSystems |

Ismael, Try holding down the ctrl key when you build the web platform. I had the same issue - holding the ctrl key for a complete build was the piece I missed. The install doc in step 49 states "Note You must complete a full build (using the CTRL key) of the Web platform when upgrading.". Hope this helps. |

After installing Saleslogix Service Pack 2 in the upgraded version of Saleslogix 7.2, I am having some issues. While trying to login to Saleslogix client it is not allowing me to see the main screen i.e., it takes long time for me to login as well as even though it takes time, I am unable to click on any control on the main screen. Please let me know is there any bug in SP2.

Is it possible to have 3 bundles to install for the web client when the same plug-ins for SP1 seems to be present for SP 2? I am also getting several errors when trying to build from the web client, and upgrading to 7.2.2 seems to have put in all the same components from SP1 |

The 7.2 web bundles do *not* include previous versions. That is, the SP1 changes are not included in the SP2 bundle. There is no way around it, you *must* install all three bundles (the SP1 bundle, the Leads bundle, and then the SP2 bundle), even though some items are contained in SP1 with newer versions in SP2, you still must install each one. |
