I am trying to figure out how to edit a ticket in the Customer Portal. Once the ticket is created the Description and Resolution cannot be edited. When I look at Entity Model>Packages>SalesLogix Application Entities>Ticket>Forms>PortalTicket the control labeled txtDescription is not set to read only so shouldn't that make this text box available to ALWAYS be edited. Why is the portal acting this way. Is it because a customer can only create a ticket and not edit one because of rights. I need to know how to allow a customer to be able to edit tickets that they create.
