I added a navigation button to the Customer Portal and when I press it I get this message:

Make sure "Asset.aspx.resources" was correctly embedded or linked into assembly "App_LocalResources.root.ud_jzdbk" at compile time, or that all the satellite assemblies required are loadable and fully signed.

What does this mean? I don't see anything like this in the Compile Options. Where else can I look?
