Export to Excel was working fine in our 7.2.1 web client, but has mysteriously broken. Now when users attempt to export to Excel, Excel opens up with the correct column headers, but no data. This happens for all users and for any group. We also have a 7.2.1 eval database portal running on the same server and this feature is broken there as well. Does anyone have any suggestions on how I might troubleshoot this? I don't know where to start.
