I am trying to add a new group to the Customer Portal for the ticket view. Any ideas on how to do this? I have added the group in the regular client and released it to everyone, but I don't see it. I then thought it had something to do with the GroupLayout.resx file. Am I missing a step that enables a group to the Web Customer Portal Client? This system is 7.2 Service Pack 2. Thanks again!

I found the issue and I thought I would post the solution here. When you create a new group for the Customer Portal in the LAN client, you then have to go into the Plugin table and set the DATACODE field to CUSTOMERPORTAL. There is currently no way to access this other than SQL scripting (or thru SQL Enterprise Manager). If you later edit any of the groups thru the LAN client, you then have to reset the datacode field.

That's a great find William. Thanks for sharing that here.
