Hey, im new to saleslogix and i have been asked to compile a report on the differences of 7.2 with the 7.2.2 patch. i have had some difficulty finding this information, and was wondering if anybody has had experience and can help me understand the differences.

If you open the bundle SalesLogix v7.2 Service Pack 2.sxb (in the root of the folder you expand the zip file to) then you will see all the changes in there (Look for comment Service Pack 2). What you need to do is take a copy of your live database, remove sync (if applicable) and then apply this bundle. You can then compare the items in the bundle with those of your system.
