Closing client portal orphans concurrent user license?Your last visit to this thread was on 1/1/1970 12:00:00 AM

Howdy,

I've observed that when someone logs into the SLX Web Client (not the customer portal) that their user account occupies one of our concurrent user licenses. No problem there, but if they happen to close the IE window, their account still shows logged in (according to Administrator) and is consuming a concurrent user license. Logging back into the site and properly logging off does not seem to clear it, and neither does logging in and out of the thick client. Concurrent user licenses are gold around here and I haven't found any way to clear the user without restarting the SLX server. Any ideas would be incredibly appreciated.
