Is there any known issues with concurrent licenses? My customer keeps getting the "No concurrent license available"... only on the web client... Network client is still able to log in fine. Only 3 concurrent users show up as logged in in the Admin, and they have 16 concurrent licenses.

Nicolas, we are experiencing what may be a similar issue at our site. When anyone logs into the web client and they close their browser, they orphan a concurrent user license so it cannot be used again. The only way I've found to free it up is to restart IIS and the SLX service on the web server. I do not yet know how to prevent this from happening.

Nicolas, I don't have and answer for you, but Brian you can check an IIS setting.

The problem is that when soemone closes their browser instead of clicking "Log out," SLX doesn't know they went away, so the connection stays open and the license allocated until the session times out.

In IIS, right-click SlxClient and select Propterties.
On the Virtual Directory Tab under Application Settings click
"Configuration."

On the Options tab, there is a Enable session state checkbox and a Session
timeout field. The system I'm looking at is set to 20 minutes, but it can
be changed.

If the users can't be bothered to properly log out, you can reset this to 10 or 5 minutes, or until they complain that their session ends whenever they take a phone call.
