I have a db/portal I moved to a new server. Most of the functionality is fine but lookups, picklists and Toolbar menu navigation (Drop downs don't activate) don't respond to clicks... The cursor changes to a hand like it knows it is a link but nothing happens on clicking.. Popup blockers are turned off..

Could it be that the Ajax extensions are not installed on the new server? Did the web host get installed on the server?

Maybe try running the Ajax extensions installer again?

Another idea could be to delete the temporary ASP.NET files and the deployed files and then deploy it all again?

This is a strange one, can't say I've seen it before
