Bundling Quickforms

I have created a few quickforms under the ticket entity. I want to bundle them and move to another server, but they do not show up in the Entity Model or QuckForms choices in the AA bundler utility. They do show up in the Portal page, but that doesn't actually bundle the quickform - just it's placement in the ticket page I put it in. (in my experience anyway). What am I missing to move the quickform I created under the Ticket entity?
This is the error I get when trying to deploy:
