In the Sales logix administrator
Pick list manager contains three typs of picklist as followes
1. Saleslogix
2. Custom
3. Plugin families
I came to know whate is the diffrance between Sales logix,Custom, Plugin Families. I like to know the pick list values are comming from database?. Is there any possible to create a pick list from database values

No this is not possible. Picklists are static lists of data - although you can import into a picklist from a csv (renamed as a .plf). This is not really a question for the 7.2 Web Client forum though...
