Implemented a basic Security Wrapper to restrict opportunity records based on logged in userid and some other conditions. Works well in n/w client but gives 'Group XML' error msg when using Web 7.2 client.

If I delete the newly created record Security Wrapper in SLXOLEDBPLUGIN table, Web 72. client works without errors.

Any help?

Another finding that may help...The opportunity grid in [What's New] page shows the correct number of Opp records that reflect the Security Wrapper logic. However none of the main views come up - they all give the Cannot Load Group XML message.

What does the security wrapper do exactly? Its hard to judge what would break it in the web without knowing what its doing...

In this case, the where clause essentialy checks to see if userid = accountmanagerid if a join includes OPPORTUNITY table - that is the only logic inside the security wrapper
