Parent on a ticket

I want to put on the Ticket Detail the parent of the account the ticket is attached to. In a text control's databindings, I can map to the Account entity, but I can't go to Account linked through account.parentid.
I have feeling that this is going to involve a code snippet property, preferably on the Account entity so that I can put the parent on other quickforms if I want. But this might be difficult because there's no relationship of account to account through the parentid, and AA doesn't seem to allow relationships of an entity to the same entity.
Ah it would be so easy if I could only write a SQL statement in there.
Any suggestions on where to start? |
