Quick forms in Control Container control

The Application Architect help file has a topic titled 'Hiding/Showing Groups of Controls'. In the steps under this topic it states:
5. Set one of the containers to contain the "ClosedOppContents" quick form
where ClosedOppContents is a new form created earlier and the 'containers' are, I believe, Quick Form Control Container controls.
Has anybody actually managed to do this? Is it possible to set the contents of a Control Container to be a Quick Form?
Or are the 'containers' mentioned not Control container controls? Thanks.
