Lookup Question

Hello all; I have a fairly easy issue that I can't seem to figure out. I have added a lookup control to a custom form I created that is bound to the Ticket Account Product table (the form is bound to ticket account product). I have added a lookup off of the Account Product table. The lookup works great - except when I chose an item instead of the product's name or serial number being displayed in the lookup control on the web form I get the following: "Sage.SalesLogix.Entities.AccountProduct". I have compared my lookup with others and don't see any differences. Any ideas? The data is saving fine and I can pull it up in the LAN client just fine; it just won't display the product name.
