Email formatting problem in ticketActivities tab

| Emails dragged in Lan client are losing all line breaks when displayed in web client. Do others get this? Is there a way around it? They maintain page breaks in lan, notepad, word.. |

Ok, need some guidance if possible.. I would like to recreate the way the lan handles the ActivityDesc field and notes history in general - Where you select the row and the description displays nicely formated in a panel. I find that a textbox holds the formatting so this will do.
What I want to do is when the user selects a row in the grid, I would like to display the ActivityDesc field in a textbox on the screen. Does anyone know how I can capture the row select event of the SLX web grid and return the ID? |
