Problem when i try to log in

Hi,
i'm having a problem when i tried to log in tho SLX WEB. The error is: Unable to initialize data dictionary.
Im using the EVAL DB, SLX 7.2.2, and SQL 2005
I had the same error on SLX LAN but i solved it configuring SQL Server to acept network connection through TCP/IP.

Does your Web server have SQL Native Client installed?

Yeap, it does. Its the same server for the Lan Environment.

John,Did u got it? Otherwise u do like this logon administrator clik systems In system Information click on Offices. On that Coloumns Righ Click And Edit Offices.It Opens Edit OfficesInformatin Window On that Shared Paths Loging,SaleslIbrary,Attachments Click on logging It must be u r system logging like that Suppose u r system in mshome network and sytem name like venkat5 in that u select sysloging.
Like this: \\venkat5\Sync Logs
\\venkat5\Sync Logs\Library
\\venkat5\Sync Logs\Documents Please check it It will rectify this problam............
