Error Buliding Web Platform (7.2)

I am following the SLX instructions to setup the Web Portal etc and have hit an error.
When i try to build the Web Platform i get the following message;
An application error has occured.
-----------------------------------------
Additional information:
-> Build Failed. (Sage.Platform.AdminModule)
-> Cannot find virtual directory with path \Model\Entity Model (Sage.Platform.VirtualFileSystem)
Any help would grately be appreciated, im not an advanced user and have only recently been on the Admin course from our supplier.

Thanks for your reply, if I look at the project explorer there is a folder tree but no files in any of the folders.

Whoops!
2 probabilities - either this was a database that has been upgraded from a previous version and whoever did it may have missed the step that installs the content into the VIRTUALFILESYSTEM table, or you have created a new Project on your local hard drive and forgot to check the "export files" checkbox when you were doing it.
If the former, you can either go back and do this again or, perhaps, try to copy over the content from SLXBlank (you will need to install the Service Pack bundles into the VFS afterwards). The second option is the "quickie" option. "Best practice" would be to find out why the table is not populated - if this step was missed then what else was?
For the later, you can go into Project Workspaces and import the files from your VFS project.

We had an upgrade from 6.2 but it was never setup anyhow.
Thanks for the advice, i will ask the person who upgraded us as im not too competant on the backend at the moment.
