I'm having a problem where changes to Groups aren't being propagated to other Web Users. Instead, the other Web Users seem to be using the old (cached?) version of the Group, and I can't seem to force them to switch to the new version.

Once, I even deleted some groups from the database, and people were still able to access them for several hours after the deletion.

Has anyone seen anything like this?
