im getting and issue related to speed search

"Lead convert view is not available please contact the system administrator: SpeedSearch Service not available."

Do someone know about it?

Setup speedsearch - follow the implementation guide. There is service that needs to be running (Speedsearch Service) and some stuff you have to do in the Manage section of Speedsearch - all in the Imp. Guide.
