When the attachment path is different from the local server then while I try to attach a file it says error like "Access denied to the attachment path". But from the Lan client I am able to attach a attachment file.
I got the following line of code from the Sage SalesLogix Web Implementation Guide.pdf
documentation, can anyone tell me what does this mean

"Grant the WebDLL user (or other user assigned
to run the Web application) access to the IIS
metabase and other directories used by
ASP.NET (required to use Attachments
functionality in the Sage SalesLogix Web
Client)."

Any ideas...

Your website should be run by webdll (or the user you use to run saleslogix) - and enable anonymous authentication. Your website runs as this user, so that user will be the one whos tries to save the attachments into the SLX Logs directory....
