lookup to userinfo with filter

Hi
Need to get userid, filter by title,Could anyone solve this prob'?
Created a child property under account linking regionalmangerid M:1 userinfo.userid called PrimaryCSR
Added new lookup on insert account screen
with Properties:
Databindings - PrimaryCSR map to LookupResultValue
Lookup Entity Name userinfo
Lookup prefilter - propertyname = title , condoperator = equalto, filtervalue = CSR
Lookup Properties - added Username, department,region
Can select person but doesn't save anything to account under regionalmanagerid.!
if use regionalmanager (property already set up by slx) using entity user brings back userid, but how do i then filter by userinfo.title?
Got little knowledge of 75 so far, so please guide me..

Hi Chez,
Is PrimaryCSR a relationship property? And it is it related to the User entity? And is your lookup set to object binding? Im guessing the last one is true as RegionalManager binds. PrimaryCSR needs to be a relationship (object) property and related to User. If PrimaryCSR is just the field where you stroe the physical Id of the user this will not work (in 7.2 anyway).

pretty sure PrimaryCSR is a relationship
created by going to child property under account then mapping RegionalManagerID M:1 with Userinfo.Userid
(and now shows under relationships Account.PrimaryCSR M:1 User Info , - don't need to do anything else to make it relationship do i?)
lookup binding mode = object
How do i link PrimaryCSR to user?
if use RegionalManager which already linked to user, how add filter to userinfo.Title?
