Hi,
I am also working in the InsertContact.ascx form. In this control I am opening 6 dialog windows for various purpose. These six dialog windows are:
1. Look for Matching Records(existing one)
2. Select another address…(existing one)
3. Acct Type confirmation(newly added)
4. Account Reps(newly added)
5. Contact Reps(newly added)
6. Address (existing one)
I have also placed two tab sections under InsertContact.ascx. Those two tab section are: Account Rep and Contact Rep.
Is it advisable to use so many dialog windows in one page in the saleslogix 7.2? (Especially in the two places - InsertAccount.ascx and InsertContact.ascx).
The reason why I am asking this question is that, Even though the same Account Rep and contact Rep, I am opening under Contact Details and Account Details as Tab control, there it is opening perfectly n number of times but when the same Account Type confirmation, Account Reps and contact Reps tab control is opened under InsertAccount.ascx and InsertContact.ascx, the performance of both controls are very poor when opened multiple times.
Other than this, even though select another address and Look for Matching are existing dialog window, still when we open them we face the same problem.
When we are opening and closing the dialog window(except the address dialog) three or four times, the whole application is getting hanged and throwing the error as mentioned below:
