Is there any documentation on creating and using workflow in SLX web and/or lan? Can workflow be configured so end users can set them up and configure them? Any advice appreciated. Thanks

Workflows are currently designed and modified in Visual Studio 2008 - users definitely cannot do this!

The workflow engine is Microsoft's - so there should be plenty of documentation available 'out there'.

I strongly recommend you look at TaskCentre for doing workflows!! It has a GUI for design, and there is now a tool to add/update records in SalesLogix.
