Getting HTTP status error when we use Activemail this time option radio buttonYour last visit to this thread was on 1/1/1970 12:00:00 AM

Hi,

I am using "Use Acyivemail this time option" radio button while logging in. When I login, I get the following error :

"The following HTTP status error was reported in THTTPRequestThread.Execute; Method not allowed".

But I am able to write email and send email successfully.I get the same error when I navigate to Account link, and from there go to any contacts also. After the error in the Accountdetails or contactdetails, I am able to save, change all the details.

Thanks,
Prathima

Hi,

Is this 7.5? If so there is a hotfix to fix this issue. If its 7.2 ensure you have the necessary mmserver virtual directory set up - thats what the error is referring to, the fact it cannot either get to this virtual directory, or it has not been setup properly.

Cheers,
Nick
