In Saleslogix 7.2 web client I am trying to configure the "E-mail Base Template", "Letter Base Template" etc., which is located under Options->General/Search. I am getting an error like

Line: 716
Char: 3
Error: 'CONID' is undefined
Code:0

when clicking on the lookup image. Any help is highly appreciated.

I fixed this problem by declaring the variable "CONID" in this page it worked fine. It's looks like a bug in Saleslogix.
