Ticket screen status not updating immeadiately in customer portal

SLX 722 - Ticket screen - basically unmodified from oob except some display fields removed. When the status is changed in the LAN and saved, the list view in the web client immediately shows the change on refresh. But the ticket detail view still shows the old value. Shutting down the browser and logging back in does not work either. I did stop and restart the web site and that worked. I also confirmed the status field was mapped correctly.. Very strange. has anyone else come across this? Thanks |
