insertcontact screen not showing dialog

I'm trying to show the addeditaddress screen before the insert accountcontact screen closes.
On the contact/insertContact.ascx added DialogServices bit to following method:

To no avail it still doesn't popup with the addedit screen before closing and redirecting.
It already appears in the contact smartpart list as a dialog so didn't need to add it here.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
