As soon i try to open apllication architect error pops up "unable to find a version of the runtime to run this application".


Tryed to reinstall the framework but of no help.Also tryed to reinstall application architect but again it is of no help..

Astha,

Which OS are you running?

Also which version of the framework are you using? i.e. just 2.0 or also 3.x for Process Orchestration

Do you have visual Studio installed on this machine as well?

Finally, are any other application showing similar problems? If so, which ones?

Sorry for all the questions, but this could be a number of things.

Hi Martiin

OS Running is Windows server 2003
framework i am using is 2.0
visual studio is not installed on this machiche
no other application showing similar problems

Are you able to login into Administrator, Architect etc., without any problem?

Try uninstalling and again installing .Net Framework 2.0 it should solve your problem.

When you did the uninstall, did you delete the saleslgix folder completly?
