I want to be able to programmatically add a condition (hidden, preferably) to every search performed on the Ticket entity via the LiveGroupViewer. Has anyone toyed with the LiveGroupViewer at all? This was easy to do in 7.2 with LookupView, but they've replaced that in 7.5 and I still have a need to constrain all Ticket searches but haven't figured out yet where/how to do it. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

In case anyone wondered, Sage has said that this is something their development team will have to customize for us, and that it can't be done with a "light" customization to existing files.
