Problem building TicketDetails (something to do with 'getControlServerCode')

Hi all
Having a problem building a recent change. I've just started building after a few changes to the TicketDetails form (and to the Ticket Details page, although I've reset those changes) and I've got this error: (btw, how do you format this in a pretty "code" box?)

I'm going to have to go back to a backup (boy am I glad I do that regularly) but information about this may be useful for the future.

I just ran into this problem today.
On the Insert Opportunity form, I had deleted the Type, Reseller, and Lead Source fields. If you do this, there are "User Interface interaction" items you have to modify in the Load Actions for the form s well as in the OnChange action of the Account lookup control.
Remove entries in these actions that refer to controls you remove. If these references are left, the quickform builder can't find them when it is building the page, and it gives you this lovely, descriptive error message.
