Error on trying to do a Mail MergeYour last visit to this thread was on 1/1/1970 12:00:00 AM

SLX 7.5 HF1
SQL 2005

We have a client that gets an error message when they try to do a Mail Merge in SalesLogix 7.5 Web.
There is only one user getting this error.
They are running Office 2003.

Error is:
"The following HTTP status error was reported in THTTPRequestThread.Execute: The following error was reported in
SLXWebMM.dll: '$' is not a valid integer value.

I called SalesLogix support on the issue and they found that if the user clears out all "Temporary Internet Files" in Internet Explorer it will allow them to do a merge for a little while until the error reoccurs. Then the user must again clear out the "Temporary Internet Files".

This is not a fix as the user has to keep cleaning out their IE "Temporary Internet Files" to get merges to work.

Has anyone else seen this and know a way of fixing the issue?

Thanks,
Randy Torok
