i am completely new to the saleslogix web. i was wonderting where do you guys get reference material from? i just learned from the googling that to get the current userid you should do the following:
Sage.SalesLogix.Security.SLXUserService usersvc = (Sage.SalesLogix.Security.SLXUserService)Sage.Platform.Application.ApplicationContext.Current.Services.Get<Sage.Platform.Security.IUserService>();
Sage.Entity.Interfaces.IUser user = usersvc.GetUser();
like these there are so many stuff which is entirely different from the lan. how and where do i learn all these stuff from?
thanks

Much of what I have learned about the Sage Saleslogix web has been learned from looking at their own code in the generated website files and the DLL's via .NET Reflector. Aside from that, you might also find that a working knowledge of .NET and web programming makes some things easier....

Sage Offers Developer videos that can help with just about anything you want to do in the web.. Go to Sage University and check them out, you can also get DEVLOGIX by Stephen Redmon, it is a great resource

Thanks both of you... especially the reflector was a very good suggestion.
