That menu is loaded in via a module, you'll not be able to get to the code. However, you can hide the menu option with some CSS. I am not infront of a system with SLX on it at the moment, but look at the page source or use the FireBug addin in Firefox to locate it and then add some CSS to hide it. Does that make sense?

I found a solution.
1. I used a role for the taskpane (Admin is allowed to export a group).
2. For the contextMenu (group) I have edited the script "general.js" and I have added in "checkMenuItemAvailability" this line of code : if(menu.items.items[i].id == 'navItemExport') menu.items.items[i].disable();

Those are good ideas. BTW, instead of just assigning a role to the Tasklet, you could remove the export to excel option from it completely as well (I forgot it even showed there).
To do this, open SmartParts\TaskPane\CommonTasks\CommonTasksTasklet.ascx.cs and locate the method called FillDictionaries. That is where it fills collections of the tasks for each entity. You could just simply remove the export to excel option from those lists.
