Can't download zip file from library. Your last visit to this thread was on 1/1/1970 12:00:00 AM

I'm pretty new to the whole Web gig and it seems that the users are unable to download zip files from the library, they just try to open in a new window. Windows Explorer is set up to download zips instead of opening them, so I don't see the problem there. Anyone have any insight?
