OK first ill try to describe where i am:.......When in Architect i go to Manage, then Sales Processes, then I go to Edit one of my steps followed by going into the History Options tab.

Does anyone know why i cant uncheck the 'Prompt User For History Record' checkbox????? According to the Help i need to uncheck this box to enable everything on the follow up form/tab.

Any help would be great. Thanks

Ive figured out how to do it by unchecking the 'Edit Individauls Emails prior to sending' box. However, once i have filled in the Follow up details (now being enabled) and go back to check the 'Edit Individuals Emails prior to sending' (as our users may want this option) it erases all the follow up details i entered!!

Any idea why or how to retain the follow up info?
