Data Dictionary

Im using SalesLogix 7.5 for Web.
When logging in, I receive an erro "Unable to initialize data dictionary".
Can anyone help me on this matter?

| I think you get that error if you have not installed SQL Native Client. |

| I've gotten that message when the service was stopped for some reason. I went to Computer Management > Services and Applications > Services > SQL Server (SQLEXPRESS) and started or restarted the service. Then I tested the connection in the Administrator or Connection Manager. |
