I need to put SalesLogix 7.5.3(infor CRM) in read only mode for all users. All setting in Admin tools did not work. Is it any way how can it be done in code, possibly using JavaScript? I can disenable some controls by JavaScript by some of them still active. (Like “Save” button on AccountDatail, ContactDetail, InsertContactAccount and on Tab controls.)

Why not just adjust the role permissions.. remove the action items..

What about assigning everyone to a team and set that team to read-only .. then assign the accounts to that team as the owner..

I think both those might work putting all the users except Admin and people with admin roles to Read-only
