username or password is incorrect

Hi all
We are currently on SalesLogix LAN 8.0 and I'm testing InforCRM 8.3 upgrade. We do use the SData API for integration so do have a successful web deployment on 8.0 although not used by users. We are looking to start migrating to the web client in this version. After the upgrade, I'm trying to log into the web client as admin and users but am getting a username or password incorrect error. I can log into the LAN client fine. Hoping someone has a suggestion. Something I've missed on the upgrade perhaps? Server 2012, SQL 2014.

Try the below in order:
- Ensure you have the webdll configured for the Application Pool (Set as per the implementation guide)
- Check that the SLX Admin user is not locked out within the SLX Administrator.
- Try an iisreset or reboot of the web server

Thanks Adam - I think permission on "C:\ProgramData\SalesLogix\Profiler\SalesLogix.Profiler.SLXPROFILERINFO.tmp" was the log in issue. Can log in now. Now to the next problem... |
