All;

My end user is trying to sort a Contact Group by Account Manager Name but SLX insists on sorting by AccountManagerID. Is there a way to force the group to sort by Name?

  • Field: Contact.AccountManagerID

  • Format: User

  • Thanks,
    Carla

    Unfortunately I think your only option is to join to the UserInfo table rather than using the User formatting feature. Rather than putting the ID in the layout they should use the UserInfo.LastName and UserInfo.FirstName columns. You could add a calculated field if they want to see the name concatenated.
