Sorts in A/C/O Grid Views

bentelan fiale bentelan effetti collaterali read here fiogf49gjkf0d I've just finished an upgrade for a client from SLX 6.1 to SLX 6.2.4 and for the most part, things went smoothly. However, now I'm getting complaints from the users that they can't sort their A/C/O Grid Views like they used to. Actully, they're mostly complaining about the Opportunity view, but at any rate 
Apparently, in 6.1 they used to be able to be able to click on a column header to sort it, then click a second column header to sort, and the result would be that the grid would end up sorted by column 2 then by column 1. In 6.2.4 they are following the same procedure, but the result is that the grid is only sorted by column 2, with no (apparent) sorting happening on column 1.
Is this a change in the funtionality of grids in 6.2.4? Is there any way to make it behave as it did in 6.1? Am I out of my mind?
On a side note, how do I go about editing the layouts of the "My" grids, for example "My Opportunities"? I thought I'd be slick and set the sorting for the users, so I logged into the Sales Client as Admin (only way I'm aware of to edit groups) and edited the "My Opportunities" group to change the sort order. However, that change didn't propagate to the users, so I'm sure I missed a step... could someone please enlighten me?

fiogf49gjkf0d BTW - you can release the group from the Sales Client. Just right-click on the Group Tab (once that group is in focus) and there will be a "share..." option in the dropdown menu. |
