intelliSync Error

Hi guys, one of my clients is getting the following error on a few PCs:
An error occurred initializing or shutting down the Intellisync sync engine - Supplied directory does not exist.
When this happens SLX is unresponsive and the process has to be killed manually.
Does anyone have any ideas what this might be or where I should look to troubleshoot?

| Did you ever resolve this? I am getting the same error with some users. I am going to reinstall Intellisync on the client |

If I did resolve it, I'm afraid I can't remember what the resolution was. I am getting old. Or maybe I drink too much beer. Sorry, what day is it again?  |
