Duplicate Emails Sent Via Mail Merge

I have a network user who has two duplicate emails sent to recipients when he runs a mail merge. Has anyone come across this issue and found a resolution? Thanks! |

I had one site with 3 users who occassionally got multiple copies of an email, but all the additional copies were blank. One machine was replaced, the other two had MS Office rebuilt and were okay after that. It seems it was a problem with those office installs in that case. This was 6.2.6 web client for SLX so not entirely similar to your situation.
