Outlook Sync

Hi All,
I am trying to set up the outlook sync preferences on one of our new remote users in the same way as I always do but I seem to be getting an error messgage everytime on this one.
I started again by deleting the users CFG folder but again I recieved the same following error message.
"Intellisync for Saleslogix - An error occured when saleslogix was validating the current configuration".
Any ideas anybody??
